Allen Craddock, LLC d/b/a GTSite (“we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors and customers (“you”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and secure personal information in connection with our high‑frequency hosting platform, websites, and related services (the “Services”).
2. Information We Collect
- Account Data. Name, e‑mail, postal address, phone, payment method, authentication credentials.
- Usage Data. IP addresses, server instance IDs, API calls, bandwidth, CPU/memory metrics, audit logs.
- Support Data. Tickets, chat transcripts, call recordings (where permitted), and attached diagnostic files.
- Cookies & Similar Tech. Session identifiers, analytics tags, and referral cookies.
3. How We Use Information
- Provision, billing, and maintenance of the Services;
- Fraud detection, security monitoring, and abuse prevention;
- Improving performance, capacity planning, and analytics;
- Marketing our business‑focused products (you may opt out);
- Legal compliance and enforcement of agreements.

Where GDPR applies, our processing relies on:

- Service Providers. PCI‑compliant payment processors, data‑center colocation partners, and e‑mail delivery vendors bound by confidentiality agreements.

- Business Transfers. If we merge, sell, or transfer substantially all assets, data may be transferred subject to this Policy.
7. Data Retention
We keep account data for the life of the subscription and for seven (7) years thereafter for tax, audit, and security purposes unless a longer period is required by law. Server snapshots and logs are retained per your dashboard settings or until deletion at account closure.
8. Security
We employ ISO 27001‑aligned controls: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES‑256), network segmentation, multi‑factor authentication for staff, and annual penetration testing. No method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure; therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services target corporate clients and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have done so, please contact us for deletion.
10. International Transfers
Servers are located in the United States. For EU/UK transfers we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplemental measures.
11. Your Rights
You may:
- Access, correct, or delete personal data;
- Object to or restrict processing;
- Export data (data portability);
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).

12. “Do Not Track” Signals
Our sites do not respond to browser DNT headers because no standard interpretation exists.
